docs: Provide GitHub workflow/guide in FAQ

Problem

Some users may not be too comfortable with GitHub's add, commit, push, PR workflow.

Proposed solution

Provide a guide that is used in the Billinge group in the FAQ frequently-asked-questions.rst. This allows User to refer to this section while cookiecutting before reaching out or permanently get stuck.
