Microservice that converts SMILES codes to structure SVGs.

Installation

Install open babel 3: https://openbabel.org/wiki/Category:Installation
Install pipfile pipenv install

Running the server

python3 main.py

Access a structure SVG

Call /<YOUR SMILES CODE>
