during the discussion of #652 we realised that it makes sense to have a corresponding DefinedTermSet going with a profile DefinedTerm, which helps specifying in a FAIR manner where a term comes from.
We also realised that for the reasone DefinedTermSet will be very similar to DataSet, removing e.g. measurementTechnique or variablesMeasured properties, and possibly changes in the marginality.
