I don't want to install a desktop system. It will be so nice if I can use "pi-apps install [app_name]" to install apps.
(just find Terminal usage in official wiki)

I understand that you closed this, but what exactly did you want to install and use on a system with no desktop environment?

Pi-Apps contains primarily applications that require a desktop environment.
