Decorrelate and detect EQ. detectEQ ALSO decorrelates. Remove decorrelation
Add documentation to the head of each
Make a third notebook: experimental.
Rename existing notebooks to "Basic" and "Advanced."
The Advanced notebook should only have functionality that is fully functional
All functionality (except plotting) should be wrapped up in the package.
The basic notebook should have minimal user-facing code

We want 4 notebooks:

basic AFEP
RFEP

Advanced notebooks

expanded AFEP (more in-depth analysis, customizable plots)
batch AFEP (compare datasets, get stats from replicas)

The basic AFEP core could be mirrored in all AFEP notebooks and be read-only (editable: false) in all but the basic notebook.
