Porting the REC ICT Equipment to BRICK

REC 4 comprises an Equipment sub class for ICT equipment. This sub class has support for various IT equipment (e.g. controllers and networking gear) as well as for retro-fitted sensors for building spaces (such as an indoor air quality sensors).

Approaching the release of BRICK 1.4 and REC 4.1 we recommend that the ICT Equipment sub class with its children be embedded in BRICK and then we'll backport into REC as we do for all other equipment sub classes.
