Batch transactions

Implement EIP-5792 for batched transactions, and let users batch transactions instead of send 1 by 1.

Rough UX:

Maybe we could have a button or radio-button to activate the mode (top right corner?) to “Batch transactions”, if clicked, “Send buttons” change to “Add to batch”, and a Batch box appears where user can see all actions he is batching, with a Send button below to send them all at the same time.
If “Batch transactions” gets un-marked, the Batch box dissapears and the buttons go back to normal “Send”.
