Is there an existing issue for this?

I have looked through the existing issues

Current Behavior

31 dollars of balance but it shows 0.00

Expected Behavior

it should show more decimals like 0.0089

Steps To Reproduce

go to address.vision
search for portdev.eth

Anything else?
