Show a feedback modal after the users submit an application

We could reuse the same modal for initial applications and applications of stages above 1, with this text:

"Grant requests are reviewed at a regular cadence, you will receive information if we need more info. if the request was rejected and why, or approved and for what amount, based on the info submitted."
