Introduce new slider(?) for causing a logarithmic effect on the OP allocation

Currently we have a logarithmic view mode for the graph. This issue would add a way to actually apply a logarithmic adjustment to the allocation. Temporarily, we can add a slider that adjusts this globally but it may be useful to add this functionality to each vector (such as in the filters menu or similar)
