Spike ticket to investigate feasibility of user typing text directly to the Nifty Ink canvas.

Starting point would be to find out if React Canvas Draw supports text boxes, and what options are available? (size, font, colour, etc)

It might be a good idea to do this in layers so the user can move the text around after it has been added to canvas?

Output:

Please document spike research below
Are there any blockers from adding text capabilities, if so, what?
Or enough details so that dev on follow-up issue can implement suitable approach
