For projects whose data we display we will want to notice when they hit certain milestones so that we can celebrate the "win" on social media. In addition to wanting to acknowledge the projects accomplishment, this will help drive awareness of OID and hence drive awareness of future RPGF rounds for projects that otherwise may not have known about it.

We should have a way to notice the following:

  • When a new project shows up in our data
  • When a project crosses a major threshold (top 100, top 50, top 10)
  • We could also celebrate wins in a single metric and show ranking based on a single metric (future)
  • Celebrate momentum based wins - e.g. greatest impact (overall or specific metric) in the past week, month, etc.

If any more ways to find wins are found we can add them as a comment to this issue.
