Units / Structures / Upgrades in production are not displayed on the right

I'm not sure if I am misunderstanding something, but it seems that the first worked built is not reflected in the worked total in the unit menu on the right. You start with 12 workers, but this number does not always increase when making more workers.

For example, this build should have total of 15 workers.

But this build is correct, with 13 works at the end.

The unit and structure count reflect how many units / structures are ready (= unit is fully trained, or structure completed).
Perhaps I could add a + number which reflects how many of those units / structures are in production.

I see, I misunderstood that the SVC building the depot was not counted towards the total.
