in imageComposite layout, zoom/pan operation will reset the clipped image back to 100% #215

version: carta 0.9 mac
To reproduce this issue:

open an image and switch to the imageComposite layout
set clip level to 90%
zoom or pan the image
should see the clipped image is reset to 100% clip
