Website is still very scuffed on mobile. Better Styling for the mobile css sheet is needed

responsiveness for site content (club page excluded) has been implemented, working on the navbar and smp page now

Updated the navbar and smp page. The navbar is no a bit different, so please just quickly review it to make sure everything is working out with what you are testing
