          Lets break this down:
  • Finalize template, doc the EpiAware module and the abstract types and fall-back methods that dispatch on them as the most general case.
  • doc the utils
  • doc the epimodels
  • doc the latentmodels
  • doc the observationmodels
  • doc the inferencemethods
