After #365, daemon autoreload in dev docker-compose stopped working. This should be fixed.

(Also maybe there are better ways to achieve this now, without manual scripts?)

The only goal of this PR is to have worker/daemon automatically reload when running docker-compose.dev.yml and code changes. It's OK to use something different than the autoreload script that was used before. It's also ok to use external dependency for this, if something like this exists.
