I participated in one case that was managed in VINCE. I have a couple thoughts on the platform. Not creating separate issues because there's quite a lot of them. You can create issues for things you like.

• In the case I participated in there were 121 vendors which wrote 100+ messages total. After a while the message page became very messy. I'd like to suggest the following changes:
  • Instead of having a single large forum page with subthreads I think it would be better to create subforums, each for each product and one meta/general thread for general discussion. What I noticed that there were several threads connected to a single product which was really hard to follow.
  • After a while the loading times of this view become very slow. I think the average load time for me was around 10 seconds.
  • Notification of new messages is broken. Usually there was a banner in the top when new message was added and a "New!" tag near the post. However if the message was in hidden, older posts I had to manually search for them.
• As mentioned before 121 vendors participated in the case however many of them did not post any message nor updated the status of their software. This was ambiguous because it can mean they are not affected or have not checked the product.
• Embargo deadline hour was not displayed and because of participants in different timezones it was confusing because they saw two different dates. Instead I think a full date in UTC timezone should be displayed.
• List of vulnerabilities connected to the case is hard to read because it is displayed in a table and one of the table cells is a very long description of the vulnerability.
