github-assignment

  1. Install git on your computer.
  2. Set up git on your computer, configuring your user Name and email address
  3. Create a github account (use a professional, recognizable, memorable, easy-to-type, username)
  4. Use your .edu email address to sign up for student developer pack goodies from github.
  5. Fork this repository to your account
  6. Clone your fork to your computer
  7. Create a new branch called something like Becky (where you use your own name)
  8. Switch to (or check out) that new branch.
  9. Add your details in the table at the bottom of the README.md file (follow an example that's already there)
  10. Save your changes
  11. Stage your edits
  12. Commit your changes, with a commit message, to your
  13. Push your commit to your fork on github.
  14. Visit the CHME5137 fork on Github, and open a Pull Request, requesting to merge your Becky (or whatever it's called) branch
