Model outputs: standardized naming conventions #25

Naming in outputs should be consistent and does not need to be the same as internal variable naming. For example, TAZ is used as the zonal spatial unit but can be replaced in fieldnames with a different label -- Zone17. Add global variables with internal names and labels to support this.

  • TAZ --> Zone17
