Suggestion to update README

Currently lgtm.com is no more available and the team becomes part of Github, they are focusing on Github Actions.
For DLT Daemon badges update and code vulnerability, code coverage checking, I have some suggestions here:

• Vulnerability is checked by CodeQL already integrated into Github Actions.
• Code coverage measurement could be done by integrating codecov into Github Actions.

codecov wants to have access to my private repositories. So I think it is not compatible with account ;)
