[Feature Request] F# code generation from OBO files

ARCTokenization project has currently a PR (nfdi4plants/ARCTokenization#56) with additions that do not fit entirely into that project. Yet, generation of F# source files from OBO files would be beneficial for many projects.
Therefore, it may be advised to integrate OBO to F# into OBO.NET.
