UI desgin을 PC환경에서만 진행하다 보니 mobile 화면에서는 보기 불편하다는 의견이 있었음
따라서 해당 화면을 반응형으로 변경 css framework 도입 고려
현재 react-bootstrap 기반으로 구현되어있는데, layout을 반응형으로 변경해야함

아니면 모바일 전용 화면을 따로 만드는 것도 괜찮을 듯? (프론트 하고 싶은 인원 고려)
