Add "assignerOrgId" to CNAList.json

CVE Records Like CVE-2024-27154 include the following line:

"assignerOrgId": "ecc0f906-8666-484c-bcf8-c3b7520a72f0",

There is no place (to my knowledge) to do a look-up from these IDs to complete CNA contact information. It would seem to make sense if the assignerOrgId was included on the CNAsList.json.
