Feature Request - Device and Interface Filters on Link properties Modal

Weathermap unable to lookup Datasources when configuring link between two nodes. I think we have too many datasources the data source list stopped populating after adding 50-70 new nodes. We have 174 Devices "Cisco Routers" \ 91,481 Datasources. Some routers have 3600 Interfaces. Happens in both chrome and firefox. No error messages in cacti.log

Looking for a Datasource Filters on the link properties page

Would another Modal window be the best just to select the data source?

As for the datasource list not populating I doubt it's a Server or PC resources issues.
Server is Ubuntu24.04, CPU Xeon Gold 5217 16 Core @3g with 16G RAM. Cacti is the latest devel train
PC Used Windows11 CPU i9-14900K 24Core @3.2G 64G RAM
