Plugin is printing 'Aethernet.' to chat window on accessing the Aethernet from an Aetheryte

I can't figure out which tweak could possibly be doing it, but when I access any Aetheryte's Aethernet, it prints " Aethernet." to chat. One of my friends confirms it's not sending it to any chat that they can see, but it makes me extremely nervous to have some sort of semi-automated message like that with my name attached.

I isolated Simple Tweaks to make sure it was the plugin causing the issue.

Oh it's Echo Story Selection. For some reason it's printing stuff like 'Aethernet' and 'Retire to an inn room'
