Family Card still opened after referral closed

For clarity, it may be helpful if the family card closed on the main referrals screen after a referral was closed, so it's easy to see which families have current/open referrals...or will this close after any length of time? It would still be helpful for the date of the last referral to be on that screen, but maybe in a condensed version.
