Display refresh rate feature allows you get smoothness picture in games at a lower FPS
It works by the formula: less aggressive frequencies + more energy efficiency = the same quality as 60fps for a lower price
It is not recommended to use values above 60 Hz, especially on OLED displays
Most games support this, but not all
You have to accept warning that you are taking all responsibility for using it
