currently this cog is in a single hammertime.py file. Even though it's small, it might be nice to separate it into the appropriate files. I would welcome a PR with your suggested reorganization of this and we can adjust from there if need be :)

this issue is just about organizing the hammertime cog code into separate files instead of all the classes being lumped into one file. Youo can take a look at other cogs for examples on how they do it
