Vim command not recognised

I have vs code installed, notepad installed vim installed via chocolatey but the alias in the script can not open any of these.
I am able to open them in Windows Powershell (v5) or cmd but not with the this powershell profile.

I tried rerunning setup script, uninstalling vim adding environment variable but no luck so far...

By commenting out this part and setting the alias manually, problem is solved but that means I need to comment out Update Powershell and Update profile at the same time. No problem for now but still annoying.

Any ideas?
