Sorry, I wish I was clever enough to know how to code to help contribute (when I get some time I hope to start learning). But in the mean time I had a suggestion I wanted to bring to the table to see what people think and to see if someone thinks enough of it to take a crack at implementing it.
That idea is to add a tool that would combine the functionality of Display Driver Uninstaller and Nvcleanstall/Nvslimmer into one package that doesn't require installation, that can be entirely executed via the Win Util.
I would suggest that maybe it would have it's own tab like MicroWin (maybe called MicroDriver?) and would include the following features:
Display current driver version (if any installed) and if there is a newer driver version available
An option to select which driver version you would like to install/reinstall (rather than the tool just installing the latest version). Including the option to select a driver you already downloaded, or for the tool to download the driver itself.
Options for selecting what you want installed/removed from that driver (i.e., telemetry, GeForce Experience and so on). This would include pre-set options like the Tweaks tool does for "Standard" or "Minimal" and would also allow for custom choices.
An option for if you want to keep a copy of the driver once the installation was complete (i.e., do you want the tool to clean up after itself by deleting the file for the driver?).
It would have options like DDU where is askes what elements of the prior drivers you would like removed. I would include a recommended pre-set for this.
An option for if you would like to create a system restore point before the process begins.
I am guessing this wouldn't be an easy process to code something like this. I would also guess that there are good reasons that DDU and Nvcleanstall/Nvslimmer are separated programs and that this is probably considered a lesser priority project due to DDU and Nvcleanstall already being available in the Install section of the Win Util. But I am really hoping someone with the smarts and ability see's the benefits I see in this being added to the Win Util and scripts it up.
With things like this added I really think the Win Util can be the "One-tool to rule them all, one tool to find them, one tool to bring them all, and in windows dark mode bind them".
I hope all this makes sense and that others see value in something like this. I hope you all have a great day!

Hey Family,
