Within Task Scheduler, if you expand Task Scheduler Library, then Microsoft, then Windows, you will find a lot of folders containing Windows tasks.
For example, the winutil already disables the ability for Microsoft to download maps. This reflects correctly within Apps -> Offline Maps -> Map Updates. But, there are still tasks within task scheduler under "Maps" including "MapsUpdateTask" that still run and check for new map updates automatically even if Offline Maps are disabled. This is obviously an issue, as it runs every 2 hours for no reason.
I have not gone in-depth with all the tweaks within winutil but I am proposing that all Windows services that are disabled that correspond with its matching task scheduler task should also be disabled.
