  1. Go to 'Run the command in a non admin shell'

  2. See error

windows 11 23h2 it worked previously before its recent update when it still had the hard on the eyes design theme

Found the issue and made some partial rollback changes to start.ps1 with #2913. Until it gets merged, try to launch Powershell as admin for the time being.
