[Suggestion] Request to add [Chained Essence of Eranikus] to Rix Xizzix's Inventory for players

Description

Some players in Era have requested to have the newly added NPC Rix Xizzix include [Chained Essence of Eranikus] in the item restoration inventory. This is because [Chained Essence of Eranikus] could be turned in via quest, but never restored via item restoration service or given back despite it's potential use as a dps trinket. This is similar to the issue of [Dartol's Rod of Transformation] or [Enchanted Moonstalker Cloak] and others wherein unique items are forever locked out of players who complete a questline. Some players have felt it is unfair to lose these potentially useful items permanently and were not aware this was the case unless they researched the quest beforehand on wowhead or some other 3rd party resource.
