Difficulty: Medium to easy may have to learn Go language

Create a new example Go application doing some real world task and use the CNDP Go Binding layer. We currently have a simple loopback/forward like application called fwd along with a set of Go test code to verify Go bindings work.

Pick a reasonable Go application doing some type of work other than simple forwarding. Write the Go code and utilize the CNDP Go binding APIs. May need to add new or update Go binding APIs.
