They disabled it for some reason
If you want to get it you'll have to compile it yourself and change some of the code

yea they disabled it but they forgot to disable the Character Editor (pressing 8 on a song)

add a -debug code at the end of a compile to compile a debug build this will allow you to get into debug
example: lime test windows -debug
