podman save registry image (have registry image on util container )
send registry image to remote host
poman load --input image.tar
generate cert
(run container with ssl cert) podman run -d -it -p 5000:5000 --name registry registry:2
make registry insecure (/etc/containers/registries.conf)

oc mirror --config=./imageset-config.yaml docker://10.15.69.148:5000
