We got the following feedback from the workshop

Font and Sizing Issues

  • In initial demographics
    • Occasionally (2 people) ability to proceed would be blocked as it
      was out of frame (too low) or very difficult to click on as it was
      barely visible
    • Occurred on Chrome/Bing
  • In Pol.is
    • Minor clipping w/ the pol.is statements’
    • Not being able to see whole statement
  • Basically changing font size seemed to cause a variety of issues

For this issue:

  1. Get clarification on what changing the font size means
    1. Did they zoom in?
    2. Did they change the font size in developer tools?
  2. Fix the styling to account for different zoom levels

I've reached out to Lauren and Scott to provide the steps to replicate this issue. I've also asked the following questions as well and now waiting to hear back.

  1. Was the user zooming in?
  2. Did they change the font size in developer tools?
  3. Was this on a laptop or mobile?
  4. Mac or PC?
