swipe code isn't sensitive enough and doesn't currently work on Android

not catching 'flicks' - for stories or photos (swipe start / end close together but high velocity motion)
images can get stuck half scrolled

          when card is leaving screen or returning to its position, make it faster

* previously the animation happened in .6 seconds, now it happens in .25

* this makes it seem more fluid and less clunky

* relates to #107 but still leaves work to be done on that issue
