You could use the dockerfile from https://github.com/PhasecoreX/docker-red-discordbot?

We have historically considered supporting Docker, see #1445 and #4160. The problems presented in those issues still apply, and would need to be solved for Docker support to be viable. We consider this a low priority change due to the scope of work necessary to support Docker and the additional complications it adds. We are aware that there is a sizable interest in adding proper Docker support. I will leave this issue open in the frozen state to represent our awareness of this interest, even if we have no active plans to pursue proper support.

As datadrowner said, there are 3rd party Docker containers, with Phasecore's being the one we recommend the most, but because we have not added proper support for Docker you will still likely encounter issues if you use that (or any other) container. We do not provide support for issues that result from using Docker.
