Title Screen fails to change if Ending B not completed

A notification appears saying a certain something was unlocked after the Blue Sky ending. But if you had not completed Ending B, nothing will appear or change in the title screen. Finishing Ending B after the Blue Sky ending will cause the title screen to change, but it doesn't seem intended. I haven't personally attempted to reproduce it to see if this was the true issue, but it seemed to be the cause.

I played without a guide so I happened to miss Ending B, and completed it afterwards. The guide does suggest finishing this earlier, so I assume many followed it. I didn't see this inconsistency listed anywhere on the github pages or guides, so I thought it worth noting. Greatly appreciate the work of this patch.
