The group facilitation idea of "ground rules" is something I'd like to have embedded in our process for contributions (discussions, code, project management, etc.). In short, what are things that we can do so that anyone engaged with this project feels like they belong? As a starting point to that, I will try using ground rules in group meetings I'm facilitating and ask for feedback as a standard process.
