Repo/Package/Namespace naming poll

We expect to have our own github repo for Custom Dev, presumably named something like "CU-CustomDev". Planning ahead for this, it would be good to start applying a naming convention to the starter kit and packages we create. This poll is to try to help figure that out. Below are a few potential options based on the discussion so far, but please comment if you see something different we should use.

I don’t think there should be a forced standard across the repo/package/namespace names, but the repo should look like other repo names, the package like other package names, and the namespace like Laravel namespaces.
