Process discussion -- what is working, what is not?
Open PRs and work in progress -- discuss any currently open work
Next PRs -- what do we need to get to a v0.1 release?
Release process -- discuss a collaborative process for managing what to build and release

• Clarified use cases for core starter kit code, starter kit packages, and general packages
• Discussed cwd_framework_lite work (include it as a composer dependency)
• Discussed LDAP/AD package and how to include it (core/starter-kit/general package)
• Discussed how to bring ideas to more of the team for feature/package planning
• Added Proposed v0.1, Proposed v0.2, and Features columns to Feature Brainstorming board
