CB Lite plugins (both for Visual Studio Code & JetBrains) do not appear on Ubuntu #221

Hi,

My customer has tried to install:

On Visual Studio Code : Couchbase Lite plugin
On JetBrains PyCharm CE : Couchbase JetBrains plugin

In both cases the plugin does not seem to work:

on Visual Studio Code : an error occured (see screen capture attached)

On JetBrains PyCharm CE : the CB Lilte tab is not present at all (see screen capture attached)

NOTE: however we ran cblite tools successfully on his Ubuntu machine.
