    • Region (optional, except USA)
    • City (optional)
  2. Reporter's Email address
  3. New cases
  4. Total cases (for validation purposes)
  5. New Deaths
  6. Total Deaths.
  7. New Recovered
  8. Number in critical condition.
  9. Citation URL
  10. Comments.
