issue with rope pulley mining in survival world

Describe the Bug

hi absolutley enjoying the mod but i built a 3 by 3 mechnical drill contraption with a rope pulley to mine down to bedrock with 3 water wheels
and when it finshed eventully i change the rottional force i.e made rope reverse pulley bring it back up to the surface and 5 of the 9 drills dissapeard and could not recover them the drill also did not travel back up with the rope pulley except one i am assuming the probelm could be to do with how to contraption are in a moveing state i.e can pass through blocks and even bedrock when moveing but when staitonery becomes solid state again i.e can open chests and stuff when stoped.

Reproduction Steps

1. make a 3 by 3 mechnical drill with rope pulley and 1 block to glue it all togehter make it mine to bed rock
   2.once at bedrock depending on the formation or spawn shape of the bed rock it phased through 5 bedrock blocks on -y61 to -y62 through the bedrock i.e
2. once you reverse the contraption 5 drills despawned or where destroyed during the reverse and only the 2 chests and 1 drill where still attached to the contraption when it returned
   ...
   i tried reproduceing the issue in creative by placeing the bedrock in a similar way it broke the first time but seems to only happen with pre generated bedrock

Expected Result

expected behaviour when reverseing the rope pulledy drill contractaption would come back to the surface with the 2 chests and all 9 mechnical drills plus the 1 block holding it all togeher from rope pulley and super glue items
