Website and Github User Logo

Logos are used in conjunction with Crosschain Risk Framework in the following situations. We should determine a logo and then use it in all of those locations.

• The GitHub user CrosschainRiskFramework, profile picture. It is currently an autogenerated image. See the image in the top left of this page: https://github.com/CrosschainRiskFramework
• The website https://crosschainriskframework.github.io/ has a default logo in the top left of the page https://crosschainriskframework.github.io/ The image is the mkdocs / material theme logo.
• The website favicon is set to the same image: https://crosschainriskframework.github.io/assets/images/favicon.png
