There are some chrome option configurations that we use that we don't know if it is actually working or doing anything:

options.addArguments("--disable-application-cache");

options.addArguments("--disable-popup-blocking"); 

options.setCapability(CapabilityType.SUPPORTS_APPLICATION_CACHE, false);

options.addArguments("--block-new-web-contents");

We need to check to see if these options are useful and actually working within kangooroo.
