How to invoke the cdxgen command to cater .c, .h and .o files

I am trying to generate SBOM for a project cloned from github https://github.com/esnet/iperf
How can I invoke the cdxgen command to generate an SBOM for this project?

cdxgen has some support for -t c (all extensions of c/c++/h) and -t h (only h/h++/hpp), but need financial support to improve the feature.

.o is supported by blint, but not sure if the extension gets included or not. Could you test by invoking cdxgen with -t binary to see if you get results via blint?
